I usually think about New Year's Eve as the time for new beginnings, but I didn't have time to start anything new then. I was starting a new, full-time job (hooray!) as a nanny for my cousins, and that took up most of my day, while spending time with friends took up the rest of the time. This past week and a half I've finally had some time to get creative!
Some friends commissioned me to make six journals for members of their wedding, which is at the end of April. I finished them in record time (about three days, including making book cloth) and I'll post pictures once the wedding happens. Wouldn't want any of them to see what they look like!
I'm putting up some pictures to sell on Etsy. I've wanted to do this for awhile, but again, didn't have any time to plan. I found a professional lab in Seattle (Panda Lab) that I'm headed over to tomorrow to pick up proof prints. I hope they turn out well!
